In the “DYB Small Publisher Program” we pay you 100% of the list price (price consumers would pay at a bookstore) of your book for each book sold. Let’s say your book sells to consumers for $12.95. If in a given month you sell 100 books, you would receive a DYB royalty check in the amount of $1295.00 ($12.95 x 100 = $1295.00). Again, you receive full payment for 100% of your list price under the “DYB Small Publisher Program,” and under this program we do not take any percentage of your sales--so, you’ll receive full list price. You will receive your royalty check on the 10th of each month for the previous full month of sales.

The “DYB Small Publisher Program” was created to introduce you to the world of automated fulfillment for a very low cost. As your number of orders grows you will gain access to our more advanced programs. Once your program starts to take flight, you will be eligible for our “Publisher Grows Program.”

As your sales grow, so do our costs. So as your sales grow later on, we will graduate you into our “Publisher Grows Program.” In this program we reduce your monthly fee and share in a small percent of your sales--fairly based on book price, sales volume and other costs--and give you even more customized perks. We will alert you of your growth and gain your mutual approval to give you access into the “Publisher Grows Program” once you begin gaining more sales per month. Since you will still be making excellent profit and we will be using more resources to service you, we trust that you’ll agree that this arrangement is more than fair.
