DYB will implement all of the marketing actions you choose--design, mailings, ad buys and promotion negotiations. Upon request we will also create a monthly/quarterly/semi-yearly automated marketing program that will systematically sell for you handsfree. You will receive all documents, proof of mailing.

SAMI Welcome Kit
Immediately after signing up for the Success Action Marketing Implementation Program, you will receive a Welcome Kit by overnight courier that includes a send-back packet. You will slip a copy of your book into this send-back packet along with your SAMI Analysis Forms and overnight it back to your DYB Marketing Coach. The next day your marketing coach will call you to set up your Initial Consultation.

SAMI Initial Consultation
You will be assigned to one of our most sophisticated DYB senior marketing executive consultants. Carefully, elegantly and using decades of publishing marketing experience he will thoroughly probe and analyze your entire publishing operation. Using a very special socratic probing method he will effortlessly help you discover ( or maybe rediscover) and prioritize what we have identified as the highest probability actions. DYB senior consultants have systematically analyzed and correlated all book marketing methods to specific book genre, categories and kinds of publishing companies for over a decade. The result is SAMI, a quick predictive understanding of which marketing methods are more likely to give your company high probability sales results.

SAMI Second Consultation
During this consultation your DYB senior marketing executive will present an organized list of prioritized marketing actions that will increase your sales and drive those sales to your DYB 800 number and Internet site. At the end of the this consultation DYB will create a plan for you to perform these marketing actions on a very unique flat-fee per service basis, scaled to your budget--small or growing--to make sure you are consistently implementing.

Uniquely SAMI is like a personal trainer who actually creates the training plan and then does all the workouts for you--because we create your plan and then execute your marketing for you, with your oversight.

In this program DYB will act like an ad agency for you to develop anything your DYB senior marketing executive suggests to support the marketing actions you choose to have implemented then DYB executes the marketing--all for one flat fee per marketing method.

SAMI is designed to automate and supercharge your cash flow, and profit. You can pick and choose one or more methods that your DYB senior marketing executive has added to your SAMI plan and then we will scale the methods you pick to your budget.
