Overview
DYB marketing expert coach will help you by evaluating your book(s) and your market, as well as your ideal ultimate goals to determine the marketing direction your book must take to fulfill your goals. Every book has potential, not all books fulfill their potential. Why? Mostly as a result of insufficient marketing direction and action. The Professional Marketing Evaluation is designed to give you the direction you need to know where to go next and to determine what must be done for you to get as close as possible to reaching your ideal sales goals.

PME Welcome Kit
Immediately after signing up for the Professional Marketing Evaluation Program, you will receive a Welcome Kit by overnight courier that includes a send-back packet. You will slip a copy of your book into this send-back packet along with your Quick Start Q&A form and overnight it back to your DYB Marketing Coach. The next day your marketing coach will call you to set up your first Evaluation Consultation.

PME Coaching Session #1: Evaluation Consultation
A DYB Marketing Coach will meet with you by telephone to begin evaluating your book(s) and your market, as well as your ideal ultimate goals to determine the marketing direction your book must take to reach your goals. This session will set the foundation for all of the work that your consultant will perform for you in the next steps.

Development of Your Written Evaluation
Using a combination of research and comparative evaluative methods, your coach will begin crafting your written evaluation. Your coach will provide directional comments and information that includes strategy regarding 22 different ways to sell your books, which will closely harmonize with the genre and content of your book(s) and which marketing methods would constitute lower probability methods for generating book sales. Your coach will also present a brief sample marketing plan outline giving you definitive directional advice based on low, medium and high budget considerations.

Your coach will also use three evaluative methods for determining the potential of your book from a marketing standpoint, while professionally scoring the true sales potential of your book using three criteria:

    1. The Barnes & Noble Buying Criteria

    2. The DYB Fulfillment Marketing Criteria

    3. The D’Angelo Marketing Criteria -- Developed by Best-seller Marketing Consultant, Allen D’Angelo

PME Coaching Session #2: Evaluation Consultation
After your 38-page report has been completed and sent to you, you will meet again with your DYB marketing consultant by telephone to discuss the results of your evaluation, answer any questions you have and give you our suggestions for setting your marketing direction.
