DYB Service Cancellation Policy...
You are in the driver's seat at all times and we respect our client relationship with you greatly. However, we recommend that only those with a proven track record of sales use our elite services. Our service was designed for small publishers and others who sell information products who have, at minimum, a consistently low to moderate level of sales volume in place. Clients presenting this level of sales who have been self-fulfilling products in the past will experience an instant rise in cash flow and profit due to the reduction of shipping, toll-free phone service, merchant services charges, and other administrative fees. If for any reason at any time you wish to cancel your service you may go to our cancelation form to do so at any time. All cancelation requests must be processed at our cancelation web site or you may send a letter to our corporate office by fax: 800-366-4086 requesting cancelation. Please note that a 60-day lag time will exist from the date you request cancelation in order to facilitate: orders remaining in the system, clearing all payments to you, handling possible chargebacks and to facilitate a smooth disengagement from the system. Therefore, please be sure to submit your cancelation request to us 60 days before you wish to disengage our services.
